We use encrypted email and secure file-sharing platforms for all client correspondence. Where feasible, we prefer closed-loop communication systems that leave no external footprint.

Document Retention & Destruction

At the conclusion of an engagement, all sensitive materials are either returned to the client or securely destroyed in accordance with an agreed exit protocol. We retain only anonymised, high-level records necessary for internal compliance and quality assurance.

Incident Response

In the unlikely event of a data breach or unauthorised access attempt, B4MC Inc will notify affected clients immediately and take all necessary remedial steps in compliance with applicable data-protection laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) where relevant.

Engagement Terms

Every B4MC Inc engagement begins with a clear understanding of confidentiality expectations. We invite clients to specify any additional secrecy requirements — including codenames, compartmentalised teams, or restricted communication windows — and we build these into the project charter from day one.

For commodity trading and transshipment projects, where physical documentation and customs filings create inherent visibility, we implement additional operational controls to minimise exposure and protect competitive positioning.
